Life is created by many cans of paint
some colors are bright, others just ain't
red is the hard times, the pain, the sorrow
while yellow is the joy, hoping it lasts till tomorrow
green is adventure, vacation, and bliss
blue is tears, heartache, and loneliness
purple is spunk, randomness, and fun
orange is energy, laughter, wanting to soak up the sun
pink is love & affection, feeling the butterflies inside
all these colors within you, where they reside
you start with a canvas when you come down to earth
getting drops of pink and yellow soon after your birth
later comes the orange, yellow and green
with what seems like a lot of blue and red when you are a teen
life goes on and drops are constantly being added
with nights of crazy fun and mornings with your hair ratted
cover your canvas, don't let it stay plain
love others, travel the world, dance in the rain
when you've lived your life and it's time to pass
you will see the beautiful creation you've painted at last~
